WORKING ENVIRONMENTS

Our boats production is made in heated premises with separate working stations, equipped with movement plants and air aspiration independent systems.

TECHNOLOGY AND MATERIALS USED IN LARIOVELA STARS

The working is made on female molds, designed and built on our own, realized in sandwich of fiberglass and epoxy resin stabilized in oven.
The handworks are realized in expanded PVC sandwiches, reinforced with fiberglass impregnated with epoxy resin, vacuum rolled, utilizing only solvent-free epoxy products.

PRODUCTION CYCLE

The painting of the female molds is made by spray or brush painting with pigmented epoxy gelcoat, of our exclusive formulation.

The fiberglass internal and external fabrics stratification is made putting the expanded PVC sheets and making them vacuum compact. The fibers of different typology are put and orientated in the molds in accordance with a digram of our production and impregnated of resin by hand.

The molds are equipped with flanges with coupling pins for the the perfect alignment between hull and deck and components.

PRODUCTION CYCLE

The molds movement and turnover is done respectively by frames with wheels and the use of overhead travelling cranes.

The postcuring in oven of the handworks inside the oven.

After demolding finish spray paintings are made only in the coupling areas of the elements.
